Safety and service limitations
What Centre Your Mind is, what it is not, and where to get urgent help.
If you are in danger
Centre Your Mind is not an emergency service and cannot contact anyone on your behalf. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services now.
In the UK: call 999 in an emergency. For urgent medical help that is not an emergency, call NHS 111. Samaritans are available free on 116 123 at any time. The National Domestic Abuse Helpline is free on 0808 2000 247.
Outside the UK, contact your local emergency number. We will add verified local resources for each country before membership opens there.
What the platform is
A personal development tool that uses AI to help you reflect, think through situations and communicate more clearly.
What it is not
It is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice, and the adviser is not a human professional. It does not diagnose you or anyone else. AI can make mistakes; use your own judgement and seek professional help where it matters.
