What the AI can and cannot do
The adviser is an AI. It is good at structuring a situation, asking the question you have not asked yourself and drafting clearer words. It can also be wrong, so its observations are offered as hypotheses and you can correct them.
It does not diagnose, does not replace a therapist, doctor or lawyer, and is not an emergency service. If a situation involves danger, it will point you to real help rather than a breathing exercise.
Start with where you are.
One honest assessment. Three clear priorities.
