The platform
What is Centre Your Mind?
A private, AI-powered adviser for personal mastery. It helps you understand your patterns, manage your reactions, communicate clearly and make deliberate decisions, in work and in life.
Is it therapy?
No. Centre Your Mind is a personal development tool. It is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and it does not diagnose. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional.
Who is it for?
Leaders, professionals, business owners and anyone who wants to handle difficult people and situations with more composure. It is designed for adults of any background and culture.
Will the adviser just agree with me?
No. It is designed to challenge unhelpful thinking respectfully, point out missing information, offer alternative explanations and say when you may be contributing to a problem.
Privacy
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your journal and conversations are visible only to you. They are never shared with other users, and if your organisation pays for your membership it cannot see them.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your journal and conversations are not used to train models unless you explicitly opt in. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Which AI provider do you use?
We will publish the AI providers and other processors that handle your data, what is sent to them and how long they keep it, in our AI transparency notice before membership opens.
Membership
When can I join?
Membership is opening soon. Join the early access list and we will email you when accounts and the Personal Mastery Assessment are available.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
What does fair use mean?
Each plan includes a generous monthly allowance of AI sessions. You will always see how much you have used, and nothing is charged beyond your plan without your agreement.
Safety
What if I am in danger?
Centre Your Mind is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. In the UK, call 999.
